WGAW Radio at AM 1340 has been established in the community for more than 75 years. 2021 has seen the addition of 98.1 FM and the availability of the WGAW signal online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
WGAW is a community media leader covering local news, sports, weather, community organizations and important community issues. Programming is foreground NewsTalk featuring hosts with nationally high ratings. Hourly news reports from ABC Radio News are also featured.
WGAW is known for the Morning News Show airing weekdays from 6 to 9am and Hotline Radio airing Saturdays from noon to 2pm, both hosted by Steve Wendell.
