Furniture Turnings Plaza

Furniture Turnings Plaza is a dreamers concept project for the City of Gardner. It is designed to stimulate ideas in those who may be inspired by it. Furniture Turnings Plaza literally has a restaurant at every turn in the road including the House of Burgers, Gardner Steak House, Hot Dog Haven, Chair City Chicken, Chinese Rice Palace, and Thomas Gardner Pizza. This is in homage to the turnings frequently done on a lathe at a custom furniture factory.

Access roads lead to a number of retail establishments including at least 4 furniture stores and a locally-owned department store. Emphasis will be made on encouraging the manufacture of many of the furniture items right here in the Chair City of Gardner and of carrying locally made items at the local department store.

The success of Furniture Turnings Plaza will be in its uniqueness which will attract shoppers from afar, boosting the economy of Gardner and the surrounding area.
