Downtown Sleuth None Other Than Mayor Michael Nicholson
Using his keen eyes of observation, the Mayor noticed the signs and then Mayor Nicholson posted: “Three new signs showed up in Downtown Today! Getting closer to fully welcoming Brilla Coffee Roasters to the Chair City.”
Brilla Coffee has been eagerly anticipated in Downtown Gardner for a couple of years now. Jonathan Bombaci of Candor Realty has updated Gardner Magazine a number of times on construction including the challenges of needing to get a new electrical transformer put in to power the project. The same issue is affecting progress on the iconic building at the corner, the Garbose Building, which is awaiting underground electrical, anticipated to arrive at the same time as the power for the Rear Main Street Project. The City of Gardner has even prepaid the bill and awaits the various utilities.
