- Financial Adjustments: Transferring $16,826.38** from Certified Free Cash to clear prior year invoices, appropriating **$50,000 for an emergency utility fund, allocating $7,000** for emergency trailer repairs, and adjusting the Fiscal Year 2027 municipal budget to **$4,011,673.00 for operational costs and $520,934.00 for unclassified expenses.
- Historic Preservation: Allocating $41,500 from Community Preservation undesignated reserves for historic structure and structural engineering reports on the town’s First Meeting House.
- General Bylaw Additions: Establishing formal prohibitions, exemptions, and non-criminal penalties for unapproved camping/temporary structures on municipal property and overnight parking on conservation land.
- Zoning Bylaw Compliance: Updating multiple zoning sections—including variance standards, non-conforming use protections (“grandfathering”), abandonment limits, and permit expiration terms—to align with state zoning statute revisions under M.G.L. c. 40A.
