DeMeo, Brunelle, and Blake Mislead the Public Again
A Facebook post on that Rogue Facebook Group falsely claimed that the City of Gardner had confiscated through legal action the WGAW property for non-payment of taxes (property records card documents Steve Wendell owns the property) . Gardner Magazine has confirmed that as of August 3, 2026, not only is Steve Wendell not behind on any back property taxes owed the City of Gardner, but also Wendell is paid up until 2027.
Shame on DeMeo and Brunelle who consistently alter facts on many issues to suit their false narratives. (their lies). In recent days one of their associates in crime, Kimberly Blake, has drafted a long rant regarding false nonsense about Gardner Mayor Michael Nicholson, none of which is true.
Brunelle constantly posts about the Waterford Community Center when public records show that the City of Gardner has followed all appropriate State and Federal EPA requirements relating to the facility, including going above and beyond with the Mayor’s request to completely abate all asbestos in the 2 story wing of the building.
You can’t make this up folks, but yet that Rogue Facebook Group does. When will Facebook finally shut that group down. Gardner Magazine has learned that the group has been reported to Facebook itself for its false claims and harassment of individuals.
