City of Gardner Activates Cooling Centers – Even the Pool is FREE!
Gardner City Hall put out the following message: Due to the extreme temperatures expected Tuesday, July 14 and Wednesday, July 15, Mayor Nicholson is activating Cooling Centers at Levi Heywood Memorial Library and Greenwood Memorial Pool. The pool hours have been extend to 7:00pm both days. The schedule will be as follows:
Library: Tuesday, July 14 – 9:00AM – 6:00PM, Wednesday, July 15 9:00AM – 7:00PM
Pool: Tuesday, July 14 & Wednesday, July 15 12:00PM – 7:00PM – Just confirmed: All fees are waived, POOL is 100% FREE both days!
All are welcome at the Cooling Centers.
