The Gardner Board of Health convened on July 27, 2026, to address critical municipal safety and regulatory concerns. Gardner Mayor Nicholson appeared at the meeting to explain the asbestos contamination at the Waterford Community Center and outlined a remediation plan for the building’s two-story wing.
