As far as Gardner parking bans: on-street parking ban Begins: Thursday, March 5 at 9:00PM – Ends: Friday, March 6 at 6:00AM – Per the City Ordinance, there will be a municipal parking lot ban for a 3-hour period once the on-street ban is lifted.”
