Masquerade Murder Mystery Dinner: Saturday, April 4 at 6:00 PM. Hosted at the Revival Wheeler Mansion (75 E Main St), this immersive event invites guests to wear elegant masks and solve a “thrilling murder”.
Dog Licensing and Rabies Clinic: Saturday, April 25 at 584 South Main St. A practical community clinic for local pet owners.
Library & Educational Programs
The Wheeler Memorial Library (49 East Main St) is hosting several specific talks and workshops throughout the month: — Local Author Talk: Meet Frank Waters III on Thursday, April 2 at 6:30 PM. —Intro to Healthy Living: A two-part series hosted by the North Quabbin Health Collaborative’s Public Health Nurse. Part One: Thursday, April 9 (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM), focusing on nutrition and the microbiome. Part Two: Thursday, April 23 (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM), covering stress management and sleep. — “Let’s Talk: Ticks”: An informational session on Monday, April 27.

Paint Night!: A free monthly canvas painting workshop led by artist Bill Dolan at LaunchSpace (131 W Main St). — Resin Pouring and Metal Working: Thursday, April 16 at 4:30 PM at LaunchSpace. — The Parlor Thrifty Gift Shop: Open every Monday from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the First Universalist Church (31 North Main St). This shop raises funds for the historic building and offers clothing, artwork, and home-made cookies. — Caregiver Coffee Hour: Thursday, April 23 at 10:00 AM at Over the Top Bakery (90 New Athol Rd).
