Gardner MA Plan to Turn Blight into Promise Paying Off Again
73 Stuart Street has an appraised value of -0- due to the cost of demolishing it. Candor Realty is buying it for the back taxes of $17,000 following City approval of its Request for Proposal. Plan is for 6 New Triplex construction condos which Jonathan Bombaci of Candor Realty stated could have a value of $300,000 each or a possibility of adding $1,800,000 to the tax base.
