The Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project is sending its team to the area on August 4, 11, 18, 25, and September 1. Dates are tentative and weather permitting. Rutland MA celebrates 300th Anniversary on Saturday June 18, 2022
It’s Rutland’s Tricentennial Day, Saturday, June 18th. Events start as early as 8am and go until 4pm. There will be Cannon and musket salutes from behind the Fire Station – Upper Town Common on the new bandstand. Other events include Pancake Breakfast, Fire Truck Parade & Wachusett Firefighter’s Muster, Food & Beer tents on the Lower Common.
- Fashions Through Centuries
Fashions Through Centuries Exhibit at Rutland Historical Society Saturday May 21, 2022 from 1-4pm
The Rutland Historical Society 300th committee cordially invites you to “Fashions Through the Centuries”, an amazing exhibit of RHS’ many collections of clothing dating back from the 1700’s – 1900’s. RHS is eager to share and present their fashion collections which have been donated over many years. The exhibit will include displays and volunteers modeling the various clothing selections. This is the concluding event of the “Rutland’s History Through the Centuries” series. The town of Rutland celebrated its 300th anniversary in 2013.
