Conservation Commission Discusses a “Sandy Beach” at First Meeting of Fall
On September 22, 2025, the Gardner Conservation Commission held a hearing relative to a property on Kendall Pond. The Commission approved the request filed by Frances McFaul for the proposed addition and distribution of sandy fill next to his home at 71 Kendall Pond East in Gardner. The fill is for the beach next to Kendall Pond.
The various enforcement orders were continued to October 27th. Agent Justin Enright detailed efforts to revise Standard Operating Procedures for site visits. The commission also discussed potential designs for a local nature trail with plans to get pricing from DPW for installation.
