Gardner Mayor Michael Nicholson was the first guest. The Mayor was over at the Gardner Farmers Market where he noticed alpacas were visiting from Plainview Farm. The Mayor discussed the fixes which were installed at Waterford including new industrial sump pumps and stated that the air quality tests showed health air. An additional tenant is being sought for the single story wing at Waterford. Other topics included the Mayoral election, Civic education in Gardner Public Schools, and the Governor’s visit to Gardner for a Chapter 90 ceremonial signing. Nicholson gave an update on roads, stating that the goal is to get everything done by November 15th. The Mayor also spoke about the GHS Athletic Hall of Fame.
