State Senator Peter Durant spoke about the State Budget. Durant also spoke about the danger of Massachusetts becoming a magnet for migrants, “You get a roof over your head, $64 per day/ per person” He also spoke about migrants being able to get cash out of ATM’s using EBT cards and then purchasing whatever they want.
