Devastating Report leads to Unanimous Vote to Oust Westminster MA PD Chief Leblanc.
The Westminster Select Board reportedly terminated former Police Chief Ralph Leblanc’s employment on 11-8-22 after a third party investigation determined their was credence to several complaints and allegations from Police Department employees. The report cited various violations of the town’s employment policies including inappropriate sexual remarks and other objectionable behavior. Leblanc had been on Administrative leave since the end of August.
Jason Tamulen will continue in the role of Acting Chief he has held since Leblanc was placed on leave.
